I went in looking for a small cake for my girlfriend I really had no idea what I wanted but when I walked in two young laddies were able to help me they even gave me ideas. when I went to pick up the cake it was beautiful when my girlfriend saw it she loved it it even taste amazing i wanted more after it was done.

After weeks looking for a Dominican cake with 'suspiro' (meringue), and almost losing hope after visiting three different Dominican bakeries, I found this spot. Best Dominican Dulce de Leche cake I have had in NYC so far with suspiro not creme. The lady who served me was nice and polite despite the fact it was almost closing and she was there by herself.

We always get the guava cake yearly for celebrations because it’s the best ! This year we got the guava with ninja turtle decor for my nephews 3rd birthday ! Loved it !

If you want to taste real Dominican cake flavor get a cake here. The best flavor is the pineapple cake. They bake the cake from scratch and the frosting and filling are made the same day. I got 3 cakes for my wedding I still get call from people asking me where I got my cakes. This is THE BEST PLACE. Highly recommend it.

Everything I bought here was delicious. The donut and cake were very fresh. They also sell a delicious oatmeal which is good for a quick morning breakfast.

We have been ordering 4-5 cakes from there every year for close to 15 years now, going for their Dominican Cake with Guava or Pineapple filling. Earlier the service used to be great too, staff was very friendly, used to recognize even my voice over the phone. They made an effort to know the customer and interest. Not sure if it is a new management now or just the staff has changed, but don't seem to care as much for the clients. The cake quality also has dropped slightly, but still very good. We order only 2 cakes, at the most 3 a year now. While once we used to crave and look forward to getting their cake, now it is more like buying from a "known place".
